Summary

Ed's note:The second in the run of seasonal themes, and the second rip-off of a comic. Incredibly, two more follow, but Chaotix don't feature in these.

This time, a nerdy scientist accidentally exposes himself to too much radiation and becomes an incredible Bulk during the New Tek City new year celebrations. So Vector rigs up some way of turning him back and our scientist pal agrees to lighten up and get on with the party. Nice art though.
