Summary

Sonic, Chaotix and Porker head up to the Miracle Planet. Sonic asks Porker why he never saw the state of the planet, but then notices that Porker is injured - he's clutching his arm. Sonic insists that he should have a look at it, but when he does he sees only metal underneath. His cover blown, Porker's face and clothes tear away as he becomes clearly recognisable as a Metallix modelled around Porker Lewis.

A battle follows, but Mighty and Vector eventually use special Link Rings to reach Porker and blow him out of harm's way, where he self-destructs. Sonic and Chaotix arrive on the planet, worrying how they can deal with a whole planet of Metallixes when one caused so much bother. They've also seen enough of Sonic for Espio to decide that he liked Knuckles better. (Sonic replies: "Knuckles? Nice kid. I taught him everything he knows.")

As they arrive on the Planet, it seems deserted. Porker is bound tight to a metal post and gurgles that it'll be too late if Sonic doesn't do something. At that moment, the Emperor Metallix and his Metallix bodyguards swoop back through the Pirated Omni-Viewer. The Emperor announces: "correction, Porker Lewis, it is already too late."

He explains that using the pirated copy of the Omni-Viewer, they went back into the past and changed history. Sonic asked what they changed. The Emperor waves his hand at the world covered in metal above their head and announces, "just look up at your precious Planet Mobius and see. WE'VE CHANGED EVERYTHING!"
