Summary
Knuckles, defeated and temporarily blinded by the team of criminals posing as Robotnik supporters, moves into gliding position and swings around hoping to find the edge of the Island. He crashes into it and holds on as his sight slowly returns. Then he climbs up to find the entrance of one of the tunnels, and pulls it open - only to be nearly knocked off again by a load of bats flying out. Knuckles sighs, wishing to himself that somebody else could be Guardian of the Floating Island.
Porker meanwhile is in a right old panic as he sees the criminals coming for the emeralds. From the Emerald Chamber, he watches the criminals approaching Megapolis City. Until he remembers the Guardian Robots - and as the criminals cross the city a swarm of robots arrive to meet them.
