Summary

Trogg has turned Errol into a monster! Errol thinks that it's an improvement; "he made me strong!" he insists. Although the fox people think that 'Sonic' (really Knuckles, see last issue) should stand aside and let Tails handle it, Knuckles insists and lays into Errol. Soon, he's knocked out and is put in the city gallows. Then the question of what to do next is raised.

Tails tries to get out of the inevitable by speculating that they could start by writing "a stiff letter to Trogg", but Knuckles slaps him on the back and explains (with some glee) that what Tails actually means is that they should go into the Land Beyond and bust the Enchanter Kings out. "Ah, yes," admits Tails reluctantly. "That was my other plan."

As the duo set off over the Dimension Bridge and into the Land Beyond, Tails is nervous. Knuckles keeps his cool, after all - "I'm with the hero of the Nameless Zone! What could go wrong?"
