Summary
"Don't you remember, Trogg? You were one of us once... you were the third Enchanter King! Surely some fragment of good remains." Trogg replies: "Together we will enslave all of the Nameless Zone! Hahahaha!"
Which brings the Kings to the conclusion: "on second thoughts, I wouldn't hold out any hopes for that 'fragment of good'!"
The Dark One pours more energy into it, but it means that the forcefield around Knuckles, Tails and Morain disappears. But Tails doesn't know what to do. As Knuckles eyes the black orb, a plan forms in his head.
Trogg meanwhile witnesses the transformed Enchanter Kings, who now feel different - more powerful! But as Trogg turns to begin the revenge on the prisoners he sees that they were gone - he had assumed that the Dark One had kept them, but the Dark One blames Trogg. They've stolen the dark orb!
Outside on the Dimension bridge, the gateway to the Nameless Zone, Morain, Knuckles and Tails are in a fix. Knuckles' idea is that once they get the orb back to the Nameless Zone they can find a way to force the Dark One to free the Enchanter kings; but Trogg and the Dark One arrive.
Tails, who is carrying the orb, tries to evade the Dark One, but Knuckles reminds him that they've seen how powerful the Dark One is - too powerful for them to make it across the Dimension Bridge. He orders Tails to get rid of it - to throw it away.
Tails throws the orb off into the bridge. But Morain knows that since the bridge is a Dimensional bridge, all that exists below is non-existent space and that anything that falls from the bridge will simply cease to exist. The Dark One disappears with the orb, and the Enchanter Kings are restored! Everything is back to usual.
Apart from Trogg; his plans destroyed, all he has left is to destroy them all.
